きのう、いとこの子供が生まれた。
母と兄は今日、病院に見に行き、写真も撮って私に見せてくれた。
私「名前は決まったの？」
母「いや、まだみたいだよー」
私「そっかぁ、何がいいかなぁ～」
母「おじさんが、○○■子が良いって言ってるんだって」
（■はいとこの旦那さんの名前の一部）
私「ぶ それはちょっとね・・・」（ごめん、おじさん）
私「今時っぽいのにしようよ、○○くるみ、○○くみ、おぉ～なんでも合うね」
兄「どんな名前流行ってるんだろうね？調べてみるか」

と勝手に３人で盛り上がっていると、一人、ＰＣで写真をプリントしていた父が、その写真のファイル名に「あおいちゃん」と入力しているところだった・・・（早）
父「漢字は？これか？」
私「宮崎あおいちゃんのあおいだよ」
兄「ひらがなじゃなかったっけ？」
私「”葵”じゃないの？」
母「もうひとつあおいって字あるよね、えぇっと富士フィルムの宣伝してる・・・」
私「えぇっと、あおいあおい・・・」
兄「あれは蒼井優だよ・・・」
私「ぶ 苗字じゃん･･･」
というわけで、うちではしばらく”あおいちゃん”でいくことに決定いたしました。

Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.

My tolerance for stupiduty is low and my tendency towards violence high, so its best for all if I avoid them. We do have a place here in the NW called Video Only for all your BAT needs, and they are, oddly, great. Friendly, knowledgable and the prices are lower than Costco.and hey, I wont even go into Fred Meyer unless its an emergency since their worthless fucking employees cant be bothered to well to anything.

Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass’ favor.
