こしらえるって漢字を今知りました（恥）
さて・・・。
また変なこと始めます。
実は前々から「私、金持ちになったらのんびりと燻製作りでもするわ」と言いふらしていたのですが、実は金持ちにならなくても、燻製くらい作れることが最近発覚しました。
お手軽な初心者用スモーカーがなんと２５００円。
というわけで、来週の土日は初スモーキングする予定です。
まず初めに、ベーコンを作ってみることにしました。
初めてなので量は少なめに・・・豚バラ（約450g）にフォークでプスプスと刺します。
塩10gくらいと、クレイジーソルト５gくらい（本当はナツメグとかバジルとか入れるらしい）と黒こしょうをぬったくりました。
砂糖も入れるって書いてましたが、忘れました。
まぁ・・・塩だけって書いてるサイトもあるので、味付けは適当でOKでしょう・・・。
これをジップロックに入れて一週間ほど保存するそうです。
んでもって、その後、せっかく塩漬けにしたのに、塩抜きするんだって・・・。
未来に楽しみがない今日この頃・・・一週間後がちょっと楽しみです。

鳥ハムを作る時の工程と同じだなと思って。
お肉から水を抜くのには砂糖もいるらしいですよん。
その機械でスモークチーズとかトバも作れるのかな？！
味付けの殆どは塩だろうし，その他は香りつけだけちゃうかな～

Why? Because I was happy to discover how well-designed and fun to use the underappreciated (and widely mocked) Zunes are.
Zune and iPod: Most people compare the Zune to the Touch, but after seeing how slim and surprisingly small and light it is, I consider it to be a rather unique hybrid that combines qualities of both the Touch and the Nano. It’s very colorful and lovely OLED screen is slightly smaller than the touch screen, but the player itself feels quite a bit smaller and lighter. It weighs about 2/3 as much, and is noticeably smaller in width and height, while being just a hair thicker.

Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.

Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass’ favor.
