Nike+（つづくかなぁ）

寝てるときに足がつるのって激辛いですよね。
先日、両足つりました。
足がつる原因としては、筋肉の疲れとか、水分不足とか、運動不足っていうのを聞いたことがあります。
朝、自分の家の駐車場まで歩いて（30秒）会社の駐車場から職場まで歩いて（1分）帰りも同様・・・。
筋肉が疲労するわけがありません。
水分はだいたい職場で水とかジュースを2本くらい飲んでるので足りてるはず。
というわけで、おそらく原因は運動不足です！
何か運動しなくては・・・。
とりあえず・・・歩くか。
ちょっとかっこよくいうとウォーキングだ！
なにやっても３日坊主の私なので、普通にやってもおそらく続かないでしょう。
せっかくiPhoneさんがあるので、Nike+とやらを使ってみることにしました。
Nikeのシューズの底にApple Nike+iPodSensor
左にしかセンサー入れるくぼみがないみたい。
もともと入ってるダミーみたいのがなかなか取れなくて苦労しました・・・。

早く帰ってこれた日だけ３Kmくらいだけど、いまのところ、なんとかこんな感じで続いております。
わたしって、写真とかこういうのとか・・・記録するのが好きみたい。

足ツリの原因は運動不足でしょう・・・多分正解かと思います
で運動開始なんだけど 意味もなく散歩ってなかなか出来ないのよね
急にウロ着き始めると アブない人がいるよ とかウワサにもなりかねないし
小中学校があるから 以前 そういうウワサ（真実）もかなりあったし
時間帯を選べばいいのかな～
ああ 痩せて歩くことはそう苦ではなくなりましたけどね
散歩 難しいよ

私も何年か前まで夜に歩いてたけど、意外と軒下にタバコ吸ってるおっさんとかがいてお互いにびっくりしたり…色々怖いからやめちゃった！

ローソンまでいって一回りか、B入口まで行って戻ってくると3kmくらいだわ。
でも、うちの周りは暗くて怖いので、デブっちょの知人を連れ出して花園のジョギングコースをまわってます。
ぴょんこままちゃんは通勤で歩けていいよね〜。

I’ll gear this review to 2 types of people: current Zune owners who are considering an upgrade, and people trying to decide between a Zune and an iPod. (There are other players worth considering out there, like the Sony Walkman X, but I hope this gives you enough info to make an informed decision of the Zune vs players other than the iPod line as well.)

Maybe in the future it’ll do even better in those areas, but for now it’s a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. Why? Because I was happy to discover how well-designed and fun to use the underappreciated (and widely mocked) Zunes are.

This is getting a bit more subjective, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like ‘Mixview’ that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you’re listening to. Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of “neighbors” will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune “Social” is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.

What you said made a lot of sense. But, think about this, what if you added a little content? I mean, I dont want to tell you how to run your blog, but what if you added something to maybe get peoples attention? Just like a video or a picture or two to get people excited about what youve got to say. In my opinion, it would make your blog come to life a little bit.
